To our very valued clients,

Thank you for your continued business. As you are no doubt aware, transportation costs have been rising dramatically for many years, and are currently at an all-time high. From gasoline and heating oil prices, to the cost of our groceries and beyond, petroleum based expenses have made an enormous impact on the consumers of America, and around the world.

At Boston Café & Catering, we have made every effort to keep our delivery charges from rising with the tide of fuel costs. We are writing this letter to inform you that, while we would prefer not to, we must introduce a slight increase in our delivery rates.

As we take steps to compensate for increased costs, we are also increasing quality and service to ensure your satisfaction. We will be introducing new menus and benefits in the near future, and we look forward to serving you soon.

We thank you for understanding the difficult position we have been faced with, and we truly appreciate your business.
