Our Creations

Tuna Tartatre Nachos
Prep Time : 20 Minute
Yield: 6 Servings

  • 1 1/2 lb Sushi Grade Tuna (please buy from a reputable source)
  • 8 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 3 tbsp Sirachi Chili Paste ( or Chili Sauce)
  • 2 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Shallots
  • 4 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 bag Your Favorite Nacho Chips
  1. Dice Tuna to 1/8'' cubes and reserve
  2. Combine Remaining Ingredients.
  3. Gently toss tuna by hand with dressing and serve immediately
  4. Nachos in seperate bowl or you can top each Chip with 1/2 oz of the Tartar
