Holiday Breakfast Menu

This menu is a great way to show your co-workers and employees just how much they are appreciated this holiday season! From eggs to fresh baked cinnamon rolls, we have just what they are craving.

Boston Catering and Events wants to make your holiday events easier and less stressful. Using only the highest quality ingredients available, we can meet your special requests. Vegetarian or vegan? You can order our pumpkin spice bars for your holiday event or you can make this delicious dessert at home:

Pumpkin Spice Bars

Beat together:

1 ¼ cup pumpkin

2 eggs

Stir in:

1 stick & 2 tablespoons soft butter

2 cup brown sugar

2 teaspoons of vanilla

1 ¼ cup flour

1 ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 ½ teaspoon nutmeg

1 ¼ teaspoon baking soda

Combine & mix above ingredients and put in ½ sheet pan, greased and floured.

Bake at 375 degrees F for approximately 30 minutes. Test if done with toothpick.

Topping

1 ¾ Cup Flour

1 ¼ Cup Melted Butter

1 ½ Cup Brown Sugar

1 ½ Cup Chopped Pecans

2 ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon

1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Spice

Combine and mix until crumbly. Spread on top of bars.
